We stayed at Empyrean Airport Transit in Katunayake for a couple of hours overnight, and it was the best room and bed we had during our 2, month stay in Sri Lanka! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We were also pleased to find out that it was only a 15, minute walk to the airport, which was perfect for our late, night flight. their restaurant served the best spicy kottu we've had!

I had a short overnight stay at Empyrean Airport Transit and it was a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my needs. Despite the minor issue with the cleanliness of the room, I was overall satisfied with my stay. The location near the airport was very convenient and the availability of a bar and restaurant was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel for transit travelers like myself. I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.
